Refund & Exchange Policy

According to the RA Government Decree No. 77 from January 30, 2002, jewelry made of precious metals and stones is not subject to return or exchange.

However, our primary goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products and service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• General Conditions for Exchange & Return

• You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
• Only items that are free from scratches, defects, size or shape alterations, and are in original condition with full packaging and documentation are eligible.
• Items purchased at a discount are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Any promotional items or gifts received with your order must be returned along with the product.
• All shipping costs related to returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return.

• Return & Exchange Options

• You may exchange the item for another of equal or greater value (the difference will be paid by the customer).
• If you choose a less expensive item, the price difference will not be refunded.
• In case of a manufacturing defect (identified within 14 days of purchase), the item may be repaired or exchanged free of charge.

• Return Process

• 1. Obtaining Return Authorization

• Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with your return authorization number and detailed shipping/packaging instructions.

• 2. Packaging and Shipping the Product

• When returning an item, please package it securely in its original packaging along with all accompanying documents.
• After shipment and inspection, our specialists will assess the condition of the returned item.

• 3. Inspection and Compensation

• Once the product passes inspection, we will proceed with either an exchange or repair, based on your preference. If the item does not meet the return or exchange conditions, it will either be shipped back to you at your expense, or held for pickup.
• In case of a manufacturing defect, the entire process will be free of charge.

• Special Note

• Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.
